Thanks for using PATAAN. These Terms set out the rules for using the app. By downloading or using PATAAN, you agree to these Terms, so please read them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. About PATAAN
PATAAN is a screenshot library app for iPhone and iPad, developed and published by Temmy ("we," "us," or "our"). PATAAN is distributed through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms conflict with that EULA, Apple's EULA takes precedence.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PATAAN for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the app
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
- Use the app to infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
3. Free tier and Pro subscription
PATAAN offers a Free tier and a Pro subscription:
- Free: unlimited Screens, iCloud sync across your iPhones and iPads, 3 Collections, up to 12 favorite Screens bookmarked in Saved, one-at-a-time import, and exporting one Screen at a time. Free forever.
- Pro: unlimited Collections and favorites, PATAAN AI screen type and component suggestions, Apps summary, exporting whole Collections or multiple Screens at once, and importing up to 10 screenshots at once. Currently priced at $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year (US prices; local prices vary by country or region). Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through your Apple ID. Eligible new subscribers get a 1-week free trial; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.
4. Your content
You own the screenshots and data you save in PATAAN. We claim no rights to your content. Because PATAAN stores data locally and in your private iCloud, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any loss of your content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use PATAAN only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any screenshots or images you import into PATAAN.
6. Intellectual property
PATAAN, its logo, and all related materials are owned by Temmy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how PATAAN handles your data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
PATAAN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Auto-generated tags and metadata are provided as a convenience, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of PATAAN. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of PATAAN after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
